Right to Return or Exchange Without Reason
Customers have the right to return or exchange products within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason, provided the product remains in its original, unused condition.

Return or Exchange Due to Defects or Non-Conformity
If the product is defective or does not meet the agreed specifications, customers may return or exchange it within 30 days. In such cases, Newborn will either replace the product or issue a full refund.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be in their original, unused condition, as received.

Shipping Costs

If the return is initiated through a representative and no deposit has been made, the customer covers the shipping costs.

For defective items that are the only product in the order, Newborn will cover the shipping costs. If other non-defective items are included in the return, Newborn will only cover the cost of sending the replacement item.

Notification Process

Contact us via WhatsApp to initiate a return. We will confirm the request and arrange for a courier to collect the item from the address provided in your order.

Courier Collection and Inspection

Once collected, the item will undergo a thorough inspection to verify its original condition. This process typically takes 5-7 business days.

Refund Processing

After inspection and verification, we will contact you to process the refund using the original payment method. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Returns Policy for Premium and Value Customers

Branch Returns

Returns or exchanges cannot be processed through branches and must be handled via our representative.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are not offered. Instead, a purchase voucher for the refund amount will be issued, valid for online reorders.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Return Procedure

Our representative will collect the items and inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition. Once verified, the order value will be refunded.

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed by Value/Premium Company within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Defective or Incorrect Products

For defective or incorrect products, Newborn will cover the shipping costs. A purchase voucher will be issued to facilitate a new order or resend the same item, if available.

Exceptions to the Return and Exchange Policy

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Products that have been ironed, washed, damaged, or are not in their original condition.

Shoes returned without their original packaging.

Products with removed price tags or brand labels.

Underwear, beachwear, capes, scarves, watches, accessories, wallets, perfumes, and tassels.

Returns made more than 14 days after delivery.

Returns During Promotions

If an entire order is returned during a promotion, the paid amount will be refunded without shipping costs. New purchases will be subject to current promotional offers.
